 Customer satisfaction statistics

We are extremely proud of the fact that over 99% of our customers rate our services as 'Excellent' (81%) or 'Good' (18%)*.  As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and continuous improvement, we request that all our guests complete a customer satisfaction survey, so that they may give us their views (anonymously if they so wish).  We use this feedback to continually assess all aspects of our trips and to improve the services we offer.

Please note that our statistics are compiled from all customer forms we receive - not just those which are positive - so you may rest assured that all comments and figures given on this site are a true representation of the feedback we receive.
